This dealership was awesome. Ben was the one who called me first and took the time to listen for exactly what we are looking for. Even if I was looking at his competitors in the area, he took the extra step and checked the car facts for that vehicle at the other lot. That instantly told me we weren't going to treated like a number. When we got there it just got better from there. The quality and the inventory of the cars was mesmerizing. We were able to try different vehicles got car facts on each one and ended up with this Chevy. If you don't want pressure and you want to get what you want, go here. I highly recommend Ben but the rest of the staff is just as awesome.

From buying my car three years ago to getting it serviced - everyone I've worked with has been amazing. Gary was fun to get to know while I was in the buying process, he calls me every year on my anniversary to see if I'm still loving my car. Charles and Ashlye at their Service Dept are the most personable service people I've encountered. Charles is more than willing to explain what he needed to repair on my car and doesn't make me feel like a girl which has happened more than once in the past. Ron and his team have made a lasting impression on my experience buying a used car. Thank you!

money down sight unseen and did in-house financing. We financed the truck through our nonprofit horse rescue which was not easy. The entire experience took some creative thinking and both Dylan and Tammy were up to bat for us. Just because our situation was different than the average buyer, they didn’t treat us like we were any less and were happy to go the extra mile to make it work for us. I am incredibly pleased with the vehicle and the entire experience. Dylan and Tammy were honest, diligent, easy to communicate with and followed up with us to make sure we were happy. If i could give more than 5 stars I would! ⭐️

I can’t recommend Auto Choice in Spearfish highly enough! I had been looking for a new car for months and had been to a lot of dealerships when I stopped by Auto Choice. As soon as I met Ben I knew I was in good hands and could trust him to help me find just the right car for my needs. We test drove a few cars, but none were quite the right fit. Ben knew I was looking for a hybrid and that I appreciate German and Japanese engineering. A few months later, I got a call and Ben had found a Lexus Hybrid that checked all the right boxes for me. I came down for a test drive and knew it was the car for me! Ben takes the time to get to know his customers and their needs so he can be on the lookout for just the right vehicle! The best part is, the service didn’t stop with the sale! Ben helped me find a set of wheels and tires at Auto Choice Service Center and Ron helped us get the best possible deal on some repairs that our trade-in needed. Honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had. Auto Choice has a customer for life!

Picked up our 2014 Honda Pilot yesterday from Gary Tripp at Auto Choice. Had a beautiful drive from Billings, MT to Spearfish through the Black Hills. This was the best deal we found anywhere online for the vehicle we wanted. These guys made the process simple, provided our bank what they needed for financing, and had us in and out in 40 minutes, including our test drive. We made sure we could get the financing from our bank before putting down our non-refundable deposit to hold the vehicle. I highly recommend Auto Choice to anyone looking for a recent model car at a competitive price.

I purchased a 2016 White Toyota Tacoma this past August from Auto Choice, assisted by their salesman Dylan Nelson. This was the first vehicle I had purchased on my own after graduating from college. I had spent almost a year looking for the right one, dealing with numbers salesman who were just looking to make a sale or not personable & helpful at all. Dylan was informative, helpful, & not pushy at all. Tacoma's are obviously extremely popular in the area & often times vehicles with 50k miles more than mine were selling for $5000-$6000 more than the one I purchase, and were listed far above book value. You can clearly tell Auto Choice only carries quality vehicles that they are willing to put their name behind & back. I could not have asked for better service through Dylan & will be happy to continue to refer friends & family his way.
